Developed by the Women’s Executive Committee (WEC), the program aims to (a) empower parents and grandparents with essential caregiving skills, (b) establish the Kampong Chai Chee Parenthood Network for enhanced peer support, and (c) provide additional financial assistance for lower-income families.
